(Home) Inspector Gadget
11:01 PMOK, so I just wanted to say Inspector Gadget. He didn't actually have any crazy arms that could reach across the room. Or hands in his hat. Although that would've been pretty darn awesome.

He did have a pile of papers. And a pen. And a tape measure. And a camera. And a ladder. And his name was Ken. So we'll call him Inspector Ken. Nope, not nearly as fun as Inspector Gadget.
But Inspector Ken did inspect our (hopefully) future home. That's right! Furnace is working, heat is on, water is running. Pretty exciting stuff if I do say so myself.

All in all the inspection was a success. No major issues. At least none that surprised us. And Inspector Ken was great. He went through all of the paperwork with us right after and will send it to us and our realtor by tomorrow. Then we will negotiate with the bank on some of the items we know we need to have fixed and try to knock a little more moo-la off the final sale price to put some more of these in our pockets:
