There's still some finishing work to be done in the house... staining newell posts, installing baseboards, remodeling the half bath... but the floors are DONE.

I'm not feeling very wordy tonight so here are some before and now pictures of the finished floors in all of their red oak glory.

Forgive the terrible photography. Luckily, the pictures still speak for themselves when they say Holy. Shit.

Oh, and did I mention that we're doing some work in the back hallway/half bath/laundry room, too? Here's what that looked like this past Tuesday...

Yep. We're crazy. It's a good thing that once we have this baby things will (hopefully) slow down a little! That, and we'll be out of money :)
